Underground commercial space is an important branch of urban underground space. It has become a city's comprehensive bearer of economy, politics, and culture. As a way to expand living space, to raise a city's quality, to protect context characteristics, and to revive human landscape, underground commercial space increasingly draws attention to a city's builders and public. Underground commercial space can not only bring leisure shopping, but also be in conjunction with urban public transports. Underground commercial space has become an important means to improve shortage of land and urban space, playing an increasingly important role in modern urban life.Entrances are an important node of underground commercial space design. It is the main form to link underground space with ground. Combining domestic and international representatives with psychologies of acts, architecture, Landscape design, fireproofing design, urban design, and other relevant scientific theories, we investigate their origins and development, main functions and things to improve, discuss the design of spaces, elements and humanities, and hope to put forward some valuable reference in processes of design and construction of underground commercial space entrances.Design of underground commercial space entrances is a dynamic process. At different times or economic and technical level, public requires constantly change. Therefore, we need to continually arrange experiences and update theories, in order to improve the overall level of the underground commercial space design and meet people's increasing standards of living.
