As an important backup power supply, the diesel generators has been widely used. Provide a stable power supply is an important indicator of good or bad performance to the diesel generator. Excitation controller is an important component of the system. Regulate the excitation is an effective and economic means to increase the stability of system security and the operation of quality. This paper, according to the requirments of Xiangtan electrical machinery company, designed the diesel generators excitation system based TMS320F2812.This paper introduces the composition of diesel generator sets firstly, then introduce Brushless excitation system, and gives a simple description of integral part of system. After analyzing the system characteristics and requirements, this paper propose the design of system and give several focus. Then carry out a research and analysis to excitation system and give the mathematical model of excitation system. Through the analysis of previous systems the variable integral PID control has been presentd. This paper use the mathematical model as a platform, carry out a simulation experiments for the system and use the conventional PID-based control of brushless excitation system as a comparison object. Through simulation experiments, this paper carry out a comparative analysis between the two system when the voltage in stable operation and a given change in voltage. The results show that this system has better controllable and stability.Finally, excitation control system for specific hardware and software design have been studied. First, in the process of developing make the full use of the DSP on-chip integration of a dedicated motor control peripherals, detailed description of the circuit principle, functions, and achieve the excitation controller design of hardware circuit boards. Second, software development is an important component to implementation function of excitation controller and also one of the main content in research.And with them, the fast AC sampling, frequency measurement, variable integral PID control, PWM control and function of system protection and so on are realized in one chip. |
