With the development of economic society, urbanization steadily improves, the demand of urban public transport increases day by day, supply and demand contradiction highlights. Mass transit is focused by the major city in order to diagnose urban transport disease, make the urban residents travle conveniently, promote city grade. While, the door-to-door service of urban residents travel cann't realize because of the bad tactical flexibility in mass transit ;And, other public transport modes should be joined especially the changing with common public transport, to exert fully the advantage of the mass transit traffic. The changing between mass transit and common public transport is benificial to help the function of the common public transport to improve the radiation absorption area, to realize the highly traffic cost ratio,lowly square,energy consumption and little enviroment polution in mass trasit, to improve the transportation efficiency in public transport system of whole city. So, how to make the changing between mass transit and common public transport efficiently and coordinately, is a issue researched immediately.The changing hubs planning site selection,commom public transport line net adjustment optimization,operation management adjustment have been researched in this thesis. In the changing hubs planning site seleciton, through analysing the factors and principle of classification,function,site selection in changing hubs, mass transit and common public transport changing hubs site selection mode has been established based on the attraction of passenger flow directly and indirectly in mass transit line, which provides theory foundation; common public transport includes existed line net adjustment and added line net opitimization. Qualitative optimization adjustment measures have been proposed in the existed line net; coverage efficiency mode has been posed to get alternative site, through the maximum objective function of the unit cost coverage efficiency, and intelligent search algorithm has been used to form line net in the added line net; operation management adjustment includes transport capacity matching,scheduling coordination,management unity. Eventually, it gave a empirical analysis of mass transit and general public transportation coordinate transfer in Panyu section.At present, the theory about efficient transferring and coordinative between mass transmit and general public transportation is still in its infancy, and successful methods are scarce. After the relevant research results are integrated effectively and applied to practice, not only the basis of the theory is enriched, but also the coordinated development of urban public transportation is guided realistically.
