As the basis for electrical operation,high-performance and reliability of electrical power supervision and control system have pay more attention.Baotou Iron and Steel Company is major iron and steel base in china,the level of its power supply have a direct impact on production safety.In order to further improve power supply security, continue to improve automation level,the electrical power supervision and control system have been reformed,and the system of the accident restoration has been studied.The article has made reference of the merits of electrical power supervision and control system at home and abroad,explored the various function,studied and designed typical features.The actual operation results show that the full functionality meet the needs of day-to-day operation and maintenance,and the power grid management has been to a new level in Baotou Iron and Steel Company.In addition,the accident restoration system has been studied in the article,put forward for searching model on the edge of the switch switch group in power gird of Baotou Iron and Steel Company.Based on the study,the article analysied of island problem,overload problem and static security which provides a theoretical basis to implementation of the system.
