This paper studies and realizes the electricity demand forecasting system of BaoDing's Grid, Base on the forecasting researches in recent years, the national and abroad references is classified and studied. The traditional forecasting methods are pick up, and an analysis hierarchy process combined several forecasting method is present. The effect is good. Visual Basic.NET is used to realize the system with these forecasting methods, and a three layer structure of the system is present too. For the testing running, the system performance is quiet well.
