Research And Application In Primary Air Fan Frequency Control System On No.3 BaoTou Thermal Power Plants

As the electric driving technology especially the high-voltage frequency control technology is developing, how does the Coal-fired power generating units reduce plant service power rate , to reduce the coal consumption of electricity supply to be imminent. The large-capacity and high-voltage frequency control technology has been widely used in the energy saving field. This paper earnestly studies the speed control schemes, analyzes the correlative matters of the high-voltage frequency-control technology, then it compares some different high-voltage frequency control schemes with each other, based on which a primary air fan frequency control system of 6kV voltage grade is gained for the primary air fan modification project of the No.3 Baotou Thermal Power Plants, which has an advanced technology and an obviously economic performance. We practice in the production of the factory primary air fan modification of a pilot project to fully prove that to carry out large-scale thermal power plant of the need for high-voltage frequency conversion technology for the factory to continue to deepen the reform provided a valuable experience.
