This thesis investigated four kinds of explosion damage effect, i.e. the damages by shock wave, heat radiation, fragment and suffocation in combination of experiments with theory. By analyzing explosion parameters, damage criterions, target types(i.e. Human, buiding, equipment, aircraft, and so on), calculating the probability of target damage, some methods and theories were obtained, based on evaluations of single damage effects and comprehensive evaluations of multi-damage effects, after buiding up the comprehensive consequence model of explosion accidents and the calculation model of multi-damage probabilities. The system of comprehensively evaluating multi-damage effects, based on C# language in Microsoft NET 2.0, was designed by cooperation with professional technicians in order to improve and systematize the reseach and evaluation tools of explosive damage effect. For the purpose of breaking through the limitation of traditional methods for impulse measurement, a new method in explosive impulse measuring was proposed, based on the Law of Momentum Conservation, namely a sliding block measurement system. And then, the measuring device was designed and processed. According to the conditions when the device was used in field explosion test for impulse measurement, four factors which may affect measurement result were analyzed, in combination of its structural characteristics. These were friction, air resistance, mechanical errors, deformation and mechanical vibration. Among them, friction and air resistance were the main factors.
