Measurement and evaluation methods of wind resources in huge wind power plants of China are not perfect enough,there are a few differences between designing generated energy and operating generated energy.The post-evaluation of wind resources and generated energy is carried on to improve wind resources evaluation level and estimating generated energy precision.The concept of technical index post-evaluation is brought forward according to researching and analyzing theory of post-evaluation.Three parts relating to evaluation object are marked off as to content of post-evaluation about generated energy design in wind farm. Thus the post-evaluation indexes system is established by applying thinning methods to certain evaluation indexes.The evaluation is carried out according to the three parts above.Initially,data processing of wind farm is researched to improve the efficiency of measurement data.It is original to bring forward two new more precise methods of data processing,which are algorithms of mean wind speed and method of testing and repairing data.Additionally,the software of WAsP is applied for Wind farm A to make a contrast between design stage and running stage. The conclusion shows that wind regime with fine deputation can evaluate more precisely. Finally,all the reduction methods are analyzed to improvement precision of generated energy, among which the correcting power curve method is brought to analyze infection of nonstandard air density to power output.While a calculating formula with wide engineering application is created to analyze plant-power and its ullage.
