Energy is the material basis for the existence and development of humansociety.Over the past200years,Built on coal, oil, natural gas and other fossil fuelenergy system based on greatly promoted the development of human society.By fossil energy resources are depleting, driving energy supply security, andenvironmental protection, major developed countries and some developing countriesof the world are starting to focus on the development and utilization of windenergy.Especially since the early1990s,very rapid development of wind power,theannual average growth rate of the world’s wind power installed capacity of more than30%.In2005, the Chinese government in2020wind power development goals weremodified,the wind power capacity from20million kilowatts to30millionkilowatts.Wind energy as a clean, non-polluting, renewable energy more and morepeople’s attention.In a sense, wind power will become one of the most promisinglarge-scale development of new energy in the21st century.This paper discusses the optimal design launched on Rongshui Motian49.5MWwind farm.By collecting and analyzing data and wind farm project geological data,the regional wind resource evaluation and geological conditions, to lay the foundationfor the subsequent design work.On the basis of the relevant literature on the use ofwindsim software, layout of wind turbines.Introduce wind farms system solutions,conduct grid electricity is calculated.Select the access system solutions based onelectrical equipment, electrical design.
