Design Of Data Interface For AnShan Distribution Network Analysis System Based On IEC61970

Distribution Network Analysis System is built on the data of existing systems such as geographic information system(GIS),energy manager system(EMS),10kV high voltage load control manager system,automatic meter reading system.The developers of these systems are different and the data mode of each system is privately owned.So it's difficult to achieve application integration and data sharing.To integrate the data of these systems and form these data into a integrated data stream,the data Interface must be provided.This thesis mainly researched the overall framework and research & application status of IEC61970,includes CIM,CIS and their relationship.The data interface's solution is achieved through comprehensive application of key technologies such as XML/RDF/UML.In this paper,CIM is extended to distribution network,the database combined with CIM is built.At last,a application example of CIM model and CIM/XML Language is gave to exploit the power flow programming's CIM/XML interface.C# and Visual Studio.NET 2005 are adopted as developing tools.
