Based on laws of mass conservation,energy conservation,momentum conservation, through analyzing the working mechanism of equipments of boiler system,a series of dynamic mathematical models is given including drum,vertical tubes,water wall, vertical pipe and super-heater in this paper.Key research the feature of two-phase and heater transfer of vertical pipe,building different model for different heater transfer area and make this model is closer to the actual process of heat transfer.By introducing the cross-sectional mean void fraction in drum model to embody the characteristics of distributed parameter,through this way can correct errors caused by using the lumped-parameter model.Finally take the SG—440/13.7—M769 natural boiler as simulation object and use Fortran language to compile program to achieve real-time simulation.With the results of the disturbance experiment,the dynamical and static characteristics of the model is studied.The simulation experiment results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
