Simulating station boiler working in any performance situation is becoming more and more important to develop a training simulator of Power Plant because of that station boiler has complex structure, nonlinear and multi couple operational parameter. This paper had developed a series of mathematical models and algorithm, which can be used for developing the real-time module for any performance boiler training simulator, by researching the 1006t/h sub-critical boiler (including powder manufacturing apparatus) of Luohuang Power Plant.The mainly works had been done as follows:1. In order to keep commonality, the modules who have similar thermodynamic process had been classed. Such as Evaporating Module (including Furnace, Drum, System of Boiler recycled water), Single-phase Heat Exchange Module (including superheater, reheater, ecomomizer), Lubricating Oil System Module (can be used for any lubricating oil system of rotation mechanical impedance) , Pump and Fan Module , ect. General purpose module can be use to simulate the different equipments which have same similar thermodynamic process only by change the several internal parameters.2. In Order to meet the real-time simulation and guarantee specified ratio of precision, this paper had simplified and supposed some thermal process in module and use the Lumped Parameter way to model. For some special components, such as furnace cavity or water screen, had been reached good ratio of precision of simulation by divided into three parts (upper area, intermediate area and lower area) to model separately because of the huge difference of heat loading in vertical direction.3. Developed simply and practical fluid network algorithm for large-scale of pipe networks, such as air-gas system and powder manufacture system. Iterative computation used in this algorithm is not only astringing quickly and numerical calculating steadily but also cater the required ratio of precision and guarantee the real-time and any performance simulation of fluid network.4. Accomplished to integral modeling by using the sequential modular approach and fluid network approach to solve at the meantime, which turns the integral simulation of boiler system to reality and get good simulation result.5.
