In order to solve basic ant colony algorithm's problems such as being easy to stagnate in searching process,an ant colony Optimization based on immune algorithm is presented.We introduce immune mechanism into basic ant colony algorithm,take the problem as antigen,and the solution as antibody,improve total searching ability and avoid stagnancy by choose mechanism and diversity based on concentration.Simulation research indicates that this algorithm can greatly improve searching ability and avoid stagnancy.Finally,this optimization is applied into the problems of parameters optimization and model identification based on thermal process.
