Engineering structure optimization design research is regard as a reducing use ofmaterials and improving material utilization method. It has attracted more and more attentionand favor. Topology optimization is extremely important as structural optimization method.It’s a hot and difficult problem of the current academic circle. Topology optimization cangreatly reduce the structural weight and improve the structure performance. Topologyoptimization is used to finding the optimal path of force transmission between boundary andloading position. It will be processed into immune ant colony algorithm based on pheromoneconcentration to find the best path. The Bridge Crane beam finite element analysis resultsshow that: there are many low-stress area and material properties are not fully realized in themain beam web. Therefore, structural topology optimization design can be optimized forweight loss. The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:(1) It has been reviewed that the development history and the current situation of thetopology optimization and the ant colony algorithm. The necessity and feasibility ofimproving ant colony algorithm is put forward.(2) Based on the element birth and death technology, the topology optimization is againraised. The unit "life" and "death" is decided by stress determination in the topologyoptimization.(3) According to the need of topology optimization base on birth and death of element,ant colony algorithm and artificial immune algorithm is introduced in this paper. Extractingthe merits of the two algorithms, the immune ant colony algorithm is put forward. The basicidea, framework and steps of the immune ant colony algorithm have been expounded.(4) Based on the immune ant colony algorithm, the unit stress was converted topheromone spraying in the immune ant colony algorithm. Then topology optimization theory and its program have been built by algorithms pheromone spraying of the unit stress.(5) The main beam structure is analyzed by ANSYS finite element software. And theimmune ant colony algorithm for topology optimization is applied to the girder web topologyoptimization. According to the topology optimization, the corresponding model analysis isestablished. Instead of the original model analysis, the topology optimization structure ismore appropriate the requirements. And it can meet the actual needs of the project.
