More than 100 years has passed since motors volume-produced.During this period,striking evolution has been achieved in vehicle electron and electromotion. However,electro-capacity accordingly increases quickly.Some experts estimated that electro-capacity demands will reach 10KW,and current will increase three times in 2010.If current is not increased,the most effective method is to improve power supply voltage which may as well be controlled within DC60V,so 42V is just a solution.If power supply is 42V,lead dimension will be minished weight will be lightened,so cost will be reduced.The 42V/14V double voltage plan has been adopted in new 42V electrical system. This plan has the slight impact on the present electrical system,further more,the transition is gentle.Based on the domestic and foreign correlated research,this article has conducted the systemic research on the technological development of the 42V/14V double voltage electrical system as well as the present situation.The main research contents are as follows:First,the reasons of voltage rising of motor power are analyzed in this article. Domestic and overseas actualities are introduced.Influence of new 42V automobile electrical power system on motor accumulators is discussed.Characteristics of vehicle-used accumulators are recommended and plans of several accumulators are compared.Because 42V and 14V coexist,various DC convertors exist.The structure and principle of DC/DC convertors are analyzed in this article and two DC/DC convertor module schemes which are high frequency chopped wave and duplicate soft switch are designed.Secondly,Characteristics of 42V integrated start-up generator system installation of the mixed driving motor are introduced,and its work principle and composition are recited.One kind of design scheme of ISG system is proposed.On the base of theory research,the experiment platform is established and started experiment debug of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are carried out,and the feasibility of ISG system and hardwave driving which are designed in this article is validated.Finally,The higher transient state high pressure and more intense electromagnetic interfere will be produced by the rising voltage.The reason and suppression method of them are analyzed briefly in this article.At present,it is the inevitable trend that the automobile electrical power system has developed from 14V to 42V.As the transitional stage,the research on the 42V/14V double voltage system could be an important content on automobile industry in recent time.The 42V automobile power system standard implementation will bring huge impact on the automobile electric appliances and the electronic equipments, simultaneously will bring the new technological revolution to entire automobile industry.
