In-vehicle Automatic Crash Notification technology is the integration of vehicle collision safety research,travel recording instrument,GPS navigation and wireless communications.When an accident happens,the in-vehicle module judges and detects the situation,if the accident is definite,emergency call will be triggered,accident information will be transmitted to call center.In China research on Automatic Crash Notification technology has just started,a comprehensive emergency rescue theory remains yet to be developed.This paper makes researches on required vehicle accident information of In-vehicle Automatic Crash Notification technology,including the ignition signal from the airbag,vehicle deformation damage and human body harm value.The principle and ignition rule of airbag and the feature of relevant algorithms is analyzed.Airbag ignition information can be adopted as the basic triggering information of Automatic Crash Notification system.Evaluating criterion of vehicle damage is introduced,according to the characteristics of the collision process,vehicle mechanical analysis is simplified during collision process,three models of vehicle collision damage and dynamics model of vehicle impact facing a fixed wall is respectively analyzed.Then,according to the impact test standard,the sled acceleration is gathered with the initial velocity 30km/h.The change course of sled acceleration and energy loss is analyzed,which can supply information for airbag ignition and the emergent rescue.PC-Crash vehicle collision damage simulation model is established with the stiffness coefficient,damping coefficient,elastic restitution coefficient of the sled, calculated by the sled acceleration time curve.After the confirmation of PC-Crash model feasibility,the total distortion energy and injury indicators,such as the crew head injury HIC value,chest acceleration value of 3ms and axial force of thigh,which is obtained by PC-Crash collision injury simulation with the initial velocity 48.3km/h,can estimate damage of occupant,according to the characteristics of human injury,the relationship of damage evaluation index and injury probability.According to these accident information,the rescue personnel can grasp the accident severity in time and implement the corresponding rescue plan,insuring the favoring performance of vehicles accident emergency rescue service.
