Remanufacturing engineering use of various advanced technology to carry on industrialization of production,waste products can be high-quality regeneration,is a kind of valid path that solves the waste of resources and pollution of the environment.Remanufacturing is the technology that accords with the continual development stratagem.The used and discarded waste can be resumed just like new one. Additionally the functional characteristic and durability are at the same level of new productions.Development of remanufacturing,necessary measure of remanufacturing development,remanufacturing characteristic's general assessment of a production, pivotal technics and equipment during remanufacturing,and test of production are discussed in this paper.Build up a full remanufacturing characteristic's assessment of a production by synthesizing,adjusting and complementing two kinds of remanufacturing characteristic's assessment of a production.And analyze the economic situation of remanufacturing production in this paper.All of these can provide directive ideals for succedent work.In this paper,analyzed the concept of remanufacturing and remanufacturing of the main process,and then through present condition of the development of remanufacturing at home and abroad,to discuss the feasibility of the development of China's automobile remanufacturing engineering,and put forward some suggestions to the development of the China's automobile remanufacturing engineering.Then,this paper also analyzes the operation principle of automobile redirector and the reasons of damage,and combined with assessment,analyzes the feasibility of redirector remanufacturing concretely.At the same time,analyzes the common and difference of remanufacturing and maintenance to demonstrate the superiority of remanufacturing.An example of redirector remanufacturing in Guangzhou kuayue auto part manufacture Co.,Ltd is given.Tacking into account the example,the technics of discarding,cleanout and repair in process of remanufacturing is analyzed.This paper introduces some of the major remanufacturing of advanced technology,and a number of independently researched remanufacturing equipments that come from production.Finally,This paper analyzes test and experiment about redirector of remanufacturing,and introduces test methods that combined with the actual products to prove that performance of redirector of remanufacturing is similar with the new product.At the same time,put forward some improvement on the base of test.
