| Video surveillance is always an applied technology which people pay a lot of attention to with its clarity,convenience and abundantin for mation.Digital video surveillance system is an integration of advanced technology,including computer, multimedia and network communication,etc.It not only accords with the development trend of information technology,but represents the development direction of monitoring industry.It is widely used in all walks of life,which has improved the efficiency of management and automated level tremendously.Aiming at the present requirements for unattended power station and remote monitoring,the paper describes the remote video surveillance system design and implementation of the system.The module design and function technology including video compression,decompression,video data transmission and otherwise have been conducted to achieve a more detailed introduction.At the same time it introduces a variety of related key technologies by the system used to achieve,including video image compression,Directshow technology,transmission technology and the associated network transport protocol TCP/IP,WindowsSocket technology.Firstly,it introduces the constitution of the substation video surveillance system, including substation site,computer network data transmission,and client monitoring center.Using hardware compression card(capture card) to capture the scene of the monitoring scene in the video capture port,then the captured video stream is processed by the video compression module,finally it is transmitted through the network which uses TCP / IP protocol or UDP protocol transmission to the remote end of the video surveillance.Programming in VC + +6.0 environment provided by the use of MFC-based Csocket class,developing the application programming interface monitoring system by using object-oriented protocol connections(TCP),and finally the receiving distance decodes and decides to play or save after receiving the video stream.In this system designed by the paper,the H.264 adaptability standards is used in the part of video encoding compression;real-time video stream transmission is transferred by using TCP / IP protocol combined with multicast technology,and use DirectShow technology to deal with real-time video playback. Based on the analysis requirements of users,the paper proposes the basic idea of using the H.264 video encoding technology and IP multicast technology in remote monitoring of substation system,which plays an active role in China's electric power substation automation system and the development of unmanned.The system can be used in other remote monitoring sit aider making a minor amendment,and has a good application prospects.Although the remote monitoring system has played a limited role in fact,which is only an environmental monitoring,and can not produce a combination of security in power systems.The tele-vision system will be forward into the infrared thermal imaging,pattern recognition and other emerging technology the next step,and then the remote system will become one of the "five remotes" of power system truly. |
