The portal crane is the most important large-scale equipment in the modern ports industry.A long period of time,the fatigue crackle of portal crane metal structure has been always concerned in port.In the past,portal crane structural calculation was limited to strength and stiffness,fatigue calculation was neglected.But portal crane metal structure crackle is often caused by fatigue.So,the research on portal crane fatigue and the popularization of anti-fatigue design method is extremely vital significance;how to monitor portal crane fatigue is also a new subject.This text takes the metal structure of portal crane as the research object,and uses ANSYS and parameterized technology to modeling the operating process of the portal crane;Formulate fatigue load spectrum according to the typical working conditions and analysis the fatigue of portal crane structure:Draw the fatigue nephogram of portal crane;Find out the ralationship between fatigue load spectrum and the result of fatigue calculation according to fatigue result.The main research contents of the dissertation is as fellows:(1)Build a portal crane's FEM model by using ANSYS internal command—APDL and analysis the strength of struture;(2)Formulate fatigue load spectrum according to the typical working conditions of portal crane and analysis relevant factors of load spectrum;(3)Analysis the fatigue of portal crane structure and Compare the fatigue calculation result with the investigate date of the crackle;Draw the fatigue nephogram according to the fatigue result;(4)Find out the ralationship between fatigue load spectrum and the result of fatigue calculation according to fatigue result;(5)Research crackle propagation properties,and discusse crackle monitoring.
