The Applications Of Relay Protection Fault Information System In Electricity Grid Of Beijing

With the development of the scale of power grid and the increasingly complex operation mode.The relay protection fault information system can effectively analyze the information of operation,protection setting,wave record etc.to analyze the protection fault and judge its reason quickly and accurately,it is an essential requirement to intelligent and modernize the power dispatching.Considering the situation and some problems of Beijing local power grid,this paper pointed out the necessity of relay protection fault information system in electricity grid. And the development and research situation of the information system technology at home and abroad are described.Based on the foundation,an integrated design of relay protection fault information system is set up.In addition,this paper comprehensively analyzes the system architecture,functional morphologic and technical standard.Taking advantage of communication protocol of IEC61850 and the IEC61970 Model,a rounded technical system that can realize the Interconnection of distributed,heterogeneous system and support a wide variety of applications.
