| The virtual prototype technology is recognized for the key technologies which enhances independent development ability, reduces automobile development cycle, reduces the development cost, carries on ahead of time to the vehicle's appraisal. According to some company's 2060 off-road vehicle, the article established the whole vehicle Multi-Body System Dynamics model with the ADAMS/View, and carry on the suspension's bench test and handling stability test of the whole vehicle.Firstly, we detailedly introduce the virtual prototype technology and the basic theory of ADAMS about Multi-Body System Dynamics software, and we describe the research content and significance. Then, we establish the whole vehicle Multi-Body System Dynamics model with the ADAMS/View, include: the front suspension syetem, the rear suspension system, the steering system, the body, the tire and road sysytem.Base on the logical and exact model, firstly, we research the front suspension's parameters of wheel orientation, displcement of wheel center, wheel rate, roll siffness rate and so on, which change with the wheel flop. Then take the unreasonable toe angle and the displacement of the wheel center as the optimized goal, carry on the optimization take the suspension and steering system's partial control points as the variable. Using the ADAMS/Insight module analysis design variable to objective function's influence coefficient, and carries on the optimization through the renewal project objective, causes the toe angle can improve.Secondly, we carry on the simulation analysis about the rear suspension system, because rear axle's axis deflection angle of dependent suspension is influencing to whole vehicle controllability and stability, research the axis deflection angle and longitudinal and lateral dispalcement of the wheel center and so on. Then take these as the optimized goal, carry on the optimization take the longitudinal and lateral Propelling rod's partial control points as the variable. Using the ADAMS/Insight module analysis design variable to objective function's influence coefficient, and carries on the optimization through the renewal project objective, the reasult is very obviously.Finally, we design and realized the simulation and analysis for vehicle handling stability such as steering wheel angle step input test and steady static circular test.So, it is possible to raise the rated capacity greatly, reduces the development cycle, reduces the product the development cost, enhances the product the quality with the virtual prototype technology. |
