In this thesis,we choose a micro-electric vehicle as the research object,in order to research the influence of the suspension of the vehicle steering stability with the motor-driven,using MATLAB software and ADAMS software,to make the vehicle’s handling stability dynamics simulation and analysis.Through comparative study,sensitivity analysis and optimization,make the vehicle handling stability to be a better level.First,the article builds a closed-loop simulation platform,which includes eight-degreeof-freedom vehicle model,motor and drive system model,the wheel dynamics model,and tire model,simulating the three steering stability test——double shift line and Pylon Course Slalom Test.Set up the Adams dynamic model with the suspension system combined with Simulink model to carry out the above three tests.The comparison shows that the suspension has obvious influence on the vehicle handling performance.Then,according to the suspension parameters of the front McPherson and the vehicle parameters,this article researches the influence of the suspension parameters such as the front and rear suspension stiffness,the front and rear suspension damping,the kingpin inclination angle,the kingpin inclination angle,and the vehicle parameters such as load quality,centroid position and other on the vehicle handling stability.Simulation results show that Body mass,centroid position,kingpin caster Angle,kingpin inclination Angle,influence the steering stability obviously.By optimizing the sensitive factors,the vehicle steering stability to be a better level.
