Research And Design Of Marine Cooling Water System

With the rapid development of information technology and the wide use of computer,the application of Computer Simulation is increasingly popular.The engine room simulator is one of the typical examples of Computer Simulation in the field of navigation,Marine cooling water system simulation is one part of the engine room simulator.Based on the actual materials of the training ship "YU KUN" vessel of Dalian Maritime University,It introduces the composition and characteristic of Marine cooling water system.Then taking Marine cooling water system as simulation object, it introduces the development of simulation software.The primary coverage includes: a thermal math model has been founded through the thermal analysis of the heat exchanger and main engine based on the theory of thermodynamics.And based on the theory of fluid mechanics,through analysis of pipeline,the main engine cooling water system hydraulic mathematical model has been founded.Then it use Simulink for simulating,the result is coincident with known data,thus verifying the correctness of the model.On the basis of the mathematical model is nearly accurate,it gets the simulation displaying by the programming language Visual C#.Firstly,it utilizes the Objected-Oriented Technique to categorize the main engine system into many child objects to achieve certain functions,and compiles every object to a class in the programming language Visual C#.These classes are not visual from the outside,and they exchange data and function only through outer joints;Secondly,in the environment of Microsoft Visual C#.Net,with the help of many kinds of graph making tools,forms a lot of simulation interfaces which can ensure some functions about simulation operating and displaying,then connects the simulation interfaces effectively with those computing classes;Finally accomplishes te the simulation software.At last,based on the actual materials of the training ship "YU KUN" vessel of Dalian Maritime University,it designes a marine cooling water system by CAD, and then,calculates and selects the equipments for the marine cooling water system.
