At first step,the resin substrate for silver gum was prepared in turn by high speed disperser machine and three rollers machine;at second step:electric conduction silver gum was produced in same way.First each constitution raw material and selecting principle had been determined for electric conduction silver gum;then through practical viscosity test testing method determination resin substrate various components allocated proportion.This article studies obtains electric conduction silver gum substrate resin the best allocated proportion for the epoxy resin(DER354):Active diluent(K-77):Firming agent(DICY): Promoter(2E4MZCN):Resin acceptor(KH550)=80:20:8:2:0.5.The test has studied electric conduction silver powder and the substrate resin allocated proportion respectively is 70:30,75:25,80:20.The volume resistivity,the glass transition temperature,the shearing strength,touch change the index,the cold thermal shock,the cold hot circulation,the high temperature store,high temperature performance and thermal-expansion coefficient were tested.The composition of electric conduction silver gum was finally determined as 75%of the electric conduction silver powder and 25%of substrate resin.The volume production of the electric conduction silver gum had carried on,the quantity was carried on in the Shenzhen some well-known LED seal enterprise to produce the LED seal after the performance test.The performance of the electric conduction silver gum product and the overseas import ones were carried on the comprehensive contrast test.The test result had indicated the electric conduction silver gum product shop characteristics are fine;storing is convenient,the performance-to-price ratio is high,definitely may substitute the import product.
