With the development of power electronics,the motor manufacturing technology and the progress of theories of AC speed regulation system and novel control strategies,the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) is widely used in electromechanical integration,robot and aviation territory.Because of its good characteristics of small size,light weight,reliable operation,high energy conversion efficiency,high speed wide range and good static and dynamic behavior,etc.Therefore,studying PMSM Servo System is quite significant.This thesis introduces the general development situation of PMSM Servo System firstly, in which the background and significance are indicated.Based on analysis of the structure of the PMSM,the mathematics models are set up at three coordinates.The vector control method of PMSM is analyzed in detail.PID controller is the key to the PMSM vector control system.A good performance can be achieved when the PID controller's parameters are matching with the control system.The parameters of PID have to adjusted when the system's parameters or environment change, which will lot of trouble for.In accordance with this problem of being difficulty of parameters adjustment in traditional PID controller,this paper uses a kind of single neuron controller to take the place of traditional PID controller making use of its self-leaning ability.Based on the simulation results under Matlab/Simulink environment,this plan is effective,and this single neuron controller has good control property than the traditional PID controller is servo system obviously.Lastly,a full digital PMSM servo system is proposed completely,based IT's DSP as the central process unit,and IPM used widely as power supply unit,which makes the complicated control strategies applying and software expand easier.
