The method of Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua-Three-dimensional (hereafter called FLAC3D) is a new type of numerical analysis developing and improving in recent years. At the theoretical guidance of the coupling calculation and analysis to the flooding reinforced earth retaining wall by the FLAC3D software, taking reinforced bank protection works of Binjiang Road by the Yangtze River, Yuzhong District as practical location, this article calculated and analyzed the parameters of different levels of revetment impacted the reinforced retaining wall in the condition of steady seepage, and the parameters of different deceleration impacted it in the condition of unsteady seepage respectively ,and got the conclusion that the outcomes of calculating and analyzing are proximity to the practical works numerical number by comparing them. The main achievements of this article are follows:(1) On the basis of calculation of fluid-solid coupling analysis on the reinforced earth retaining wall with the method of finite difference in FLAC3D , the model not only match the condition of the stress-strain relationship of soil body and the equation of equilibrium of forces, but also match the basic equation and the terminal condition of seepage. Compared with the finite element method, finite difference method in FLAC3D is better at analyzing the stability of reinforced retaining wall, the problems of analysis, seepage in the deformation of the coupling and so on.(2) The calculation indicates that: The geogrid unit of FLAC3D can properly simulate the contact characteristics between the reinforcement and soil body of the flooding reinforced retaining wall effectively.(3) From the calculation and analysis in the condition of steady seepage, we can get that: The rise of water level was beneficial to reduce the lateral deformation, but the shearing stress increment decreased first and then increased which means the stability also increase first and then decrease.(4) Through the calculation and analysis in the condition of unsteady seepage, it concluded that: the unsteady seepage field influenced the stability of the reinforced retaining wall, and the reduction of speed higher, the stability poorer; the horizontal shift of wall face distributed in the form of convexity along the wall height and accelerated with the reduction of speed; the increment of the rest head in wall caused that the extent of curve's outward- convexity enlarged, and the whole horizontal shift became greater.
