The Restudy On Current Situayion And Alteration Of Haerbin's Villages In City

Today, the alternation of villages in city is already an important issue, with the rapid urbanization process. How to efficient, economic, orderly and reasonable to accomplish this difficult task is linked to the fate of peoples and countries. For this problem, the government of Harbin also pay a great deal of attention. Now, it has a positive attitude to the alternation of villages in city with policies and measures. However, with regard to the government and the urban planning and construction department. The status is not optimistic about statuation of villages in city,many of the social contradictions is need to resolve.This article surveys a large number of literature. and it has a comprehensive introduction of the relevant theory and practice, then it defined the concept of villages in city; The article clears the villages's number,distribution,characteristics and reason of formation; It limitates the scope of the study and launches a comprehensive, systematic study: the villages will be divided into three types and its alternation will be divided into four patterns. It raised the order and methods of alternation and also describes the examples of villages in city, that is be used to verify the alternation of ideas, patterns and measures.This study is benefit to effectively promote the process of urbanization, co-ordinate the development of urban and rural areas, provide consultation for the planning of relevant government departments .This study describes an example,and propose a lot of measures in land use, farmers' resettlement, infrastructure updates, etc.it deepens the method about the alternation of villages in city.
