Study On The Appropriate Mode And Planning Strategy Of The Development Of Urbanization Of Arid Areas

A city is an extremely high degree of openness,the system depends heavily,with the surrounding environment and regional economic interaction to occur.The process of urbanization is not only a population movements,changes in the landscape,industrial clustering,ecological improvement process,is also an urban development process with neighboring interaction between the ecological environment,interactive process.Hubei is located in the region called packet arid area in northwest China,north China,next to the 5 major source of dust storms,one Ordos Plateau areas and Badain Jaran Desert,south Maowusu Desert,China's agro-pastoral transitional zone and the"Three North"Shelterbelt System the construction of key project areas,very fragile ecological environment.In addition,energy and mineral resources development and utilization,as well as various types of energy in the building of chemical enterprises,the rapid development of urbanization and other factors,making package called E-regional socio-economic system,urbanization,eco-system and environment system very conspicuous contradictions.In this paper,arid region of urbanization and ecological environment interaction starting point for research to drought areas of urbanization and ecological environment of the coupling relationship as the research object,the use of theoretical research and empirical analysis method of combining analysis of the process of urbanization in arid areas and regularity of the interaction of the ecological environment;through E package called the level of regional ecological security assessment;economic and social developments in the evaluation system,urbanization drive factor and the basic characteristics of identification,such as research,revealed the package called E-region in the process of responding to the ecological environment;Coupled the introduction of the concept of E-region of the respiratory package urbanization coupled with the ecological environment in the development of an analysis of degree study;explore the ecological environment and water resource-constrained package called E-region of urbanization development model and the corresponding planning appropriate measures to search for population,resources,the coordination of environmental and economic development.In this paper,field research,based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,trying to call package for E-region urbanization coupled with the ecological environment in the development of the theory and practice of research and make some innovation.Papers innovations include:arid environment of the urbanization process and the ecological environment in the relationship between the coupling and coupling mechanism is analyzed,and in the region within the framework of the development of cities and towns punctate wide interpretation of the regional environment,a breakthrough the past on the towns of the limitations of the urban environment,the cities and towns on the larger context of regional environmental research carried out in response to the ecological environment research;E-called package of urbanization level of development of the region,the ecological safety standards,as well as the coupling between the development of a quantitative analysis conducted and pointed out that the package called E-region of urbanization and eco-environment interaction between the effects of coupling types and the coupling phase,rich the arid zone of urbanization theory;put forward the ecological environment and water resource-constrained areas called packet E urbanization suitable for the development of six kinds of patterns,similar areas for the development of urbanization for reference.
