As an important part of HVAC systems the hilled water system not only decides the energy-saving level but also determines the stability of HVAC system. After nearly 100 years, the general theory of HVAC water system has been developed completely, but there is little research done on its adjustability and hydraulic balance of research to do.Even worse,it is difficult to get good adjustability and hydraulic balance of air condition water system in the practical engineering. The author has conducted the related research in view of the adjustability and techniques for hydraulic balance of air condition water system based on the existed HVAC systems and actual projects. The research includes:analyzing the performance parameters and selection of all kinds of valve in chilled water system, especially analyzing the influence factors about the actual valve authority and how to select right valve in the state of the flow more than design, applying Network Graph Theory to simulating piping system of the chilled water system and writing the program to calculate the adjustability of branches in hydraulic networks by using the MATLAB program, comparing the adjustability of different pressure control mode of constant pressure at the end circle and main pipe pressure and making the conclusion that the adjustability of main pipe pressure is better than constant pressure at the end circle control mode, meantime calculating the adjustability of different pressure control mode in part-load,coming to the conclusion that the adjustability trends to changing worse and the variable main pipe pressure control mode can meliorate this tendency, reviewing the development of methods sued in enhancing the hydraulic balance of air condition water system and find new method based on the balance of energy distribution.
