Abstract:China has a long history as an agricultural country,nearly 80 percent of people living in rural areas,so Three rural issues,which consists of agriculture, farmer and countryside problems,is always the core work of party and state,But with the development of modern technology revolution and economic globalization,economy,technology and talents resource are flowing to the city, villages are relatively in high marginalized situation,the agriculture develop difficult and the peasants' income grow slowly.However,the economic and technological development isn't only a challenge but also an opportunity to the rural construction,How to comply with the development trend of the times To achieve China's new rural development by leaps and bounds is the key issues to determining China's well-off society and realize national modernization process.Weak village economic,weak farmer income,lagging rural planning and vulnerable rural ecological environment are reprehensive in the national new village construction process.This thesis take the Dingbian country,which lies in the northwestern Shaanxi province,as the research object,it's in the arid climate zone and must face the shortage of water resources and inefficient energy efficiency,The establishment of a suitable geographical features of Northwest China's rural energy construction model and the new model is the use of the building of new countryside in China is facing an urgent task,to alleviate the pressure on China's energy supply,and ultimately to achieve sustainable economic development in rural areas of great significance.This paper introduced the background of new rural construction,the development of rural construction and the basic theory of yard construction, comminuted with the climatic conditions in Northwest China,we do the applied research about water,energy,land and materials saving technology for rural husing construction in these area,through analyzing the experts and scholars' research results and experience of the new rural construction both at home and abroad,Under the direction of the sustainable development view,this thesis take the investigate on the spot and analyzing as the main thread,use the systematic analytic approach,literature synthetic method,and comprehensive analysis method as the methodology.Summarizes the pattern of eco-garden building,on this basis,the combination of these villages,home garden agro-specific example, an analysis of the ecological characteristics of Dingbian,geographical and climatic conditions,farmers living habits,as well as local economic conditions. Through the study of the above,This paper take the "4 saving" technology to the layout of architecture space,make the combination more optimum,the function more completed,the usage more humanized,and the proposed 5 types of Typical village construction mode of Dingbian district,finally,this paper proposed the destination and requirement which suit to the saving yard construction in Dingbian distrcit,finally this paper describes the four sets of optimal ecological residential yard to meet the needs of different types of villagers,hoping to provide reference to the eco-agricultural residential courtyard construction in the rural areas of the northwest.
