The Research Of Optimization Strategy Of The Wind Environment Of The Residential Buildings And The Courtyard In The Cold Region Of The Northeast Of China

Housing for human beings is the production which in order to satisfy their need to adapt and transform the nature, and it is also a contradictory unity of human needs and natural conditions. For the northeast rural areas of China, due to the long and cold winter, the contradiction between the need and conditions become more prominent. Along with the more attention of the rural living environment for the policy, the rural people’s living quality of life become a very important attention. At the same time,the building as the room which people live in,it has the effect on the quality of the people’s life,no matter the indoor environment or the outside one.Analysis of the situation, the structure of the house for rural residential building materials, forms, the analysis and research of the indoor thermal environment has been fully study. While at the same time, to the rural situation,the natural environment have more effection on people’s life than the environment which people made by themself, the construction of outdoor thermal of the wind environment affect the comfort of the rural settlements is also a important element, but as a result of rural buildings of the layout of th e randomness or disorder, cause the bad wind conditions for the group of the buildings, especially for the northeast cold region in winter climate of outdoor wind environment, not only affect the comfortable of rural residents winter outdoor activities, bu t also it could be cause the high cost of indoor heating energy because of the bad outdoor wind environment. In view of the present situation,it has less research on the outside environment of the northeast cold region in rural areas and rural yard.The purpose of this paper is to through the ctual measurement and the data analysis of the northeast cold region rural,in order to study the forms of the rural residential construction group layout, and through the software of FLUENT simulation studies of the different groups of architecture layout situation of outdoor wind environment impact, and then simulate the different layout of the construction for the yard of the wind environment in the northeast cold region rural, at the last, make some analysis and invastigation on the details for the forms of different building roof, the direction of the wind, the room which keep the warm of teh sun, explore the optimization strategy of rural construction group design, so as to improve the rural construction group outd oor wind environment, which might improve the quality of the life of rural residents.
