Potential Analysis And Method Research Of Hospital Building Energy-saving

As people’s living level improving, they are requiring a more and more comfortable indoorenvironment and energy consumption of buildings is increasing greatly. The large public buildings hasgained popularity especially in the total building energy consumption, how to saving the public buildingenergy is the great subject to the people’s livelihood.Therefore, energy consumption’s diagnosis andenergy efficiency renovation of the public buildings will be important significance for the ecnomic andsocial development and the environment.Based on the background, the thesis beginging with the characteristic of building’s energyconsumption, make new classification of buildings based on the energy performance, and analyze theenergy consumption features and the existing problem.The large public buildings as the research object, energy consumption feature and the constitutionof energy consumption of hospital buildings in Xi’an are analyzed on the basic of energy consumptioninvestigation and energy audit by the overall to breakdown. And then it put forward the Energy-savingmenagment of hospital buildings.Investigation results show that energy consumption of hospital building is including two parts ofelectricity and natural gas.The average AEUI of the electricity is63kWh/m~2.a.The average AEUI ofthe natural gas is6.2Nm~3/m~2.a.By analysis of the four parts of a building, it shows that theconsumption of natural gas of building is60%of total energy consumption.It illustrates that energyconsumption ofr heating is the main component of total energy consumption. The energy savingpotential of heating in winter is great. Through analyzing the running data of the air conditioning, itshows that the unit exist the problems of large flow quantity and small temperature difference under therunning of part load condition. It will increase the energy consumption of the air conditioning. Based onanalysis indoor air quality including indoor temperature, relative humidity and illuminance, we canchange the properly temperture to reduce the energy consumption. In addition, in accordance with theseproblems of drainage and lighting the paper gives some suggestions.Finally, integrated the existing problem of the public buildings, and according to the investigationand study of the results of hospital buildings in Xi’an, the thesis affords a concrete energy efficiencyrenovation plan. It has reference meaning to other hospital’s energy-saving also.
