Research On The Urban Space Expansion Features And Influencing Factors Of Zhuzhou

Throughout the urbanization stages of the world, the different features with the urbanization of the urban space expansion can be found. Zhuzhou was founded in a short time, and regarded as an industrial city and a rail traffic hub in the southern of China. Its urban space will expanded significantly with the "Two-Oriented Society" construction. The empirical study of urban space expansion of our country is be studied by many bookman, but compared the number of the urban space expansion study, Eastern Region is more than Midwest. Zhuzhou is chose be the study object in this paper, it can let the urban space expansion be further studied.Land use maps and historical statistics is used to be the based data. Through the analysis of the index information of the expansion speed, intensity, anisotropy and compact, we founded that the plat space expansion Features in different development stages of Zhuzhou, and the contour line data and the other materials data is used to find the features of its vertical extension. To get the different influence extent of the different elements, gray correlation analysis and principal component analysis is used in this paper. At the end, the study summed up the Zhuzhou-Form mechanism. The results show that the Zhuzhou urban space expansion is affected by many factors, which including both natural and social factors, and affected by other different factors. By the Influence, the Zhuzhou urban space expansion presents five seedtime: the initial high-speed through 1952-1960, the pre-fluctuations high-speed through 1961-1977, the medium-term stability through 1978-1989, the high-speed through 1990-2000, the modern express through 2001 to update. The land use is expanded rational gradually in the five development stages. Among the rest, industrial investment in fixed assets is affected distinctly, and the proportion of industry in the national economy as a whole absolutely. At the pre-fluctuations high-speed stage, the land use of Zhuzhou is expanded by Industry Projects Building. Zhuzhou land use expanding is also affecting by the re-adjust and optimize the industrial structure, improved transportation condition, and the economic development zone projects construction at the stages follow. By stages, multiform and complexity are the various factors of Zhuzhou land use Features.
