| In 2018,the urbanization level of China has reached 59.58%.With the continuous expansion of urban population,the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more prominent in the case of limited urban land,and the land price is also rising,which gradually promotes the vertical extension of urban land and further excavates the potential of three-dimensional space utilization.Skyscrapers,as a representative of the intensive use of aboveground space,can effectively relieve the tight supply and demand of urban land resources and improve the efficiency of land use.Therefore,they become the need and necessity of urban development.However,the current number of skyscrapers and highly constantly refreshed,city of skyscrapers competition increasingly fierce,the construction of skyscrapers is match with the actual development of the city remains to be proven,based on this,this article through to collect 30 representative cities related data to analyze our country scale characteristics of skyscrapers,By combing literature,selecting indicators and establishing structural equation model,the factors influencing the construction scale of skyscrapers are explored,and the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the number of skyscrapers in China are mainly distributed in the eastern economic developed area,such as Shenzhen,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other cities,at the same time,the skyscraper construction by the first-tier cities shift to a new line,second-tier cities are also evident,as represented by Wuhan,Changsha,Nanchang,such as the central city and represented by Chongqing,Chengdu,Nanning,obviously increase the number of the western city of skyscrapers,the mountain city of Chongqing was the most outstanding,the special topography and determines the number of skyscrapers.Secondly,in terms of the height of skyscrapers in China,40%of the cities in 30 cities have a total height of more than 10,000 meters,and 63%of the tallest buildings in cities have a height of more than 300m.The Shanghai Tower is the most representative,with a height of 632m,which is the tallest building in China and the second tallest building in the world.This shows the active construction of skyscrapers in China.At the same time,it can also be found that the first-tier cities of Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Shanghai and Beijing,with the tallest buildings above 500m in height,still have strong economic strength.Thirdly,first degree and concentration as an indicator can better reflect the features of population structure,this paper calculated the two measures>first degrees east skyscrapers in the western region the skyscraper first>central parts of the skyscraper’s first degrees,the eastern region skyscrapers concentration<west skyscrapers concentration<concentration,central skyscrapers can be found that the eastern region are the most active skyscraper construction,high-rise construction has been at a higher level,more competitive.While the central and western regions are lagging behind the eastern regions in high-rise construction,they are gradually catching up with the eastern regions in skyscraper construction speed up.Fourthly,in this paper,by analyzing the literature,according to the intensity of the urban space utilization,space,cost,development present situation,the development is expected to land are GDP,tertiary industry accounted for,land prices,urban construction land area per capita,positioning,target,build a structural equation model,found space utilization intensity and total cost for the skyscraper has significant positive influence,highest space influence degree of the total cost of the skyscraper,and city development present situation and the development is expected,there is no significant effect on total skyscrapers,may be due to the city of skyscrapers,the number has reached saturation state,it is difficult to promote the development of skyscrapers,At the same time,the difference of actual conditions among different cities may also lead to the insignificant result.Finally,according to the current situation of skyscraper construction in China and the research results of this paper,the corresponding suggestions for the reasonable construction of skyscrapers are put forward. |
