Research For Evolution And Social Factors Of The Traditional Vernacular Housings Of Nanzhang In Xiangfan

Nanzhang District has a special geographical position,and it also has glorious history and profound culture.There are so many Traditional Vernacular Housings hiding in the countless mountains,which have unique style and exquisite construction. These Traditional Vernacular Housings with unique artistic enchantments are drawing attention from a great deal of experts and researchers.meanwhile,they are Vanishing in an unprecedented speed. Therefore, it seems more essential and urgent to develop investigation and do some Surveying and Mapping of them which can get exhaustive character and picture materials. Then we pick out the high value representatives of these Traditional Vernacular Housings to protect them.This paper does some researches on the civil building groups of Feng which are typical Cases of Nanzhang Country ,banqiao Town's Traditional Vernacular Housings by the perspectives of the historical changes and the historical process of family. Furthermore ,based on Sociological basic theories ,it analyzes the Phenomenon that the Vernacular Housings were evolving with time process.In order to explore social factors of it. Aming at the protection and renewal of the civil building groups of Feng it put forward strategy and measures which can apply to the other Traditional Vernacular Housings'protection and renewal in Nanzhang District.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part summarizes the present general situation and achievements about the studies on Traditional Vernacular Housings at home and abroad,and introduce the research methods of it. It offers the principle guide and foundation for this paper.The second part introduces the geography,history and culture of Nanzhang Country and banqiao Town, which makes a basis for the following analysis of the civil building groups of Feng.The third part introduces the representatives of the civil building groups of Feng in different historical periods in detail.And summarizes basic characteristics of the Vernacular Housings in different historical periods.The fourth part analyzes the Phenomenon that the Vernacular Housings were evolving with time process. In order to foud out evolution rule and explore social factors of it.The fifth part summarizes the Historical and Cultural Value of the civil building groups of Feng .Meanwhile ,it summarizes evolution rule and social factors. Finally, it put forward strategy and measures which can apply to the other Traditional Vernacular Housings'protection and renewal in Nanzhang District.
