As a result of the tunnel work is hidden works, it can not accurately pre-understanding engineering geological conditions. We can only use the existing means to test the basic geological environment data, so the tunnel design and construction have been a great deal of blindness and we can not expect to frequent large-scale landslides, gushing water, rock burst accidents in tunnel construction. Once accidents happen, not only make the impact of construction,the machinery damage, but also waste construction cost and state property. To the serious, extremely heavy casualties are caused by the accident.All of these will bring us an extremely negative social effects.This paper taked a variety of adverse geological and geological disasters caused by construction of highway tunnels as research objects in order to analyse the preventive measures and the prediction model of geological disasters. Finally the topic established a database management system of geological disasters treatment measures in highway tunnel construction . Get the following conclusions:①When the tunnel pass through the weak and broken rock or karst water gushing lot, in order to ensure stability, the cave must be anchored or pre-reinforced and take other auxiliary measures.The implementation of the scene monitoring is timely forecast to the cave's abilization,the amendment also is very important to the construction program.②After the tunnel excavation, the stress state of rock is damaged, the wall rock appeared areas of plastic, which combined with the impact of factors such as groundwater, making the stability of soft rock body deteriorate. Tunnel excavation released the restriction and brought out the downward trend to the soft weak rock. According to Cha Linding actual tunnel projects, the topic established a tunnel cave-mechanical model,then got the formula for tunnel wall rock sudden collapse and further analysis the factors that lead to landslides and the tunnel cave-control approaches.③In this paper, the topic combined with the wide range of authoritative criteria for rockburst forecast both at home and abroad,then based on the basic principles of BP neural network, and used Matlab software's BP neural network toolbox to forecast rockburst of Cha Linding tunnel. Select the depth of the tunnel, point load strength of rock samples, rock maximum principal stressσmax, tangential stressσθ, uniaxial tensionσt, uniaxial compressive strengthσc and the energy index as 9 variables input parameters, the ChaLinding tunnel rockburst had predicted by this model, the outcome accord with the actual engineering construction ,so it prove that the method is feasible and reliable.④The database system of highway tunnel treatment measures to geological disasters use the popular and practical Browser / Server (Browser / Server, referred to as B / S) mode. ASP database application as an intermediate layer, the client / server model of database structure with the Web and technology combine to form the preceding paragraph with the most browsers, Web, Server, database ACCESS2003 background 3-layer structure of the Web browser / server mode database system. Database system in the tunnel on the highway, as well as adverse geological disasters in many examples of projects carried out a detailed analysis of research and the basis of summarizing, the system needs to be done through all the features of the design of a comprehensive after repeated changes (including systems to the network from the stand-alone version of the programming language to use from Visual Basic 6.0 to ASP) and then built up. This is the innovation of this paper.
