Ready mixed mortar is the kind of mortar that all materials were weighed and mixed in professional factory, was transported to location by truck. It is main part of commercial mortar used in masonry mortar, plastering mortar, surface mortar and so on, with a huge market and the main advantage , much quantity, stable quality , fast construction speed, little pollution. Compared to developed country, our research started late but not deep enough, extension is slow. Hence research on ready mixed mortar with good workability, good ability of keeping workability, good durability, analyzing the problem in producing and quality control have important meaning on application and extension.Influence of materials and environment temperature on ready mixed mortar has been studied, mix proportion has been optimized and finally put in use, Analyzing the influence factor of mortar, bring some advice and measure on producing and quality control in the subject. The results show that:①While mass ratio of super-fine sand and manufactured sand is 4:6, workability, strength and shrinkage are preferable. Considering from workability, strength and cost, cement-sand ratio is 1:5.0②Workability is higher and strength of 3d and 28d is lower as the content of fly ash increasing, While content is 0%~60%。While blast furnace slag content is 0%~60%,3d strength is lower, opposite 28d strengtn is a little higher; Workability is better than cement mortar ,but worst than fly ash in the same content, and appear bleeding when the content is high. Test approve that content of fly ash and blast furnace slag is 40% can reach requirement: workability and strength are good.③Finding out absorption points of naphthalene, sulphamate series, polycarboxylates water-reducing agent are 1.10%,0.45%,0.23% by the way of comparing the cement paste fluidity.Mortar with absorption points content of various water-reducing agent, the one with polycarboxylates has better workability and strength.④Cellulose ether has good ability of keeping consistency and increasing water retention, reducing coursing degree,reducing strength;Also it can prolong setting time,the setting time of mortar is longer as cellulose ether increasing.⑤At same content, setting time of the mortar with white sugar is longer than sodium gluconate,when the setting time is about same, sodium gluconate is better on the ability of keeping workability. By multipling,find one retard with better keeping workability and better economic cost ,in the retard ,white sugar compent is 40%.⑥The workability of mortar is related with environment temperature, when the temperature is higher,setting time is shorter, loss of consistency is faster.⑦Considering environment temperature, optimizing mix proportion, defining optimization mix proportion as follows: Binder material-sand ratio is 1:5.0, cement: fly ash: blast furnace slag=60%:25%:15%,super-fine sand : manufactured sand= 4:6,water-reducing agent is polycarboxylates with the content 0.23%, cellulose ether is HPMC with the content 0.04%, retard is multipled which white sugar is 40%. mass ratio of water and binder material is 0.82~0.86.The content of retard is various when enviroment temperature change, when temperature is in 20±2℃~35±2℃,the content is in 0.21~0.32%. The mix proportion approved that it can meet requair by putting in use.⑧By analyzing the effect factor of mortar workability, considering that cellulose ether, retard, and temperature are main factor.⑨Material control, produce organizing and control ,quality test are the main part in produce and quality control of ready mixed mortar.
