| In recent years, ready-mixed mortar replace the on-site mixing mortar gradually with advantages of uniform mixing, stable quality, species diversity, energy saving and environmental protection. But compare with the rapid development and application of ready-mixed mortar, the quality control problem appears opposite lag. Because the different of production technology, admixture, storage conditions and other factors to the on-site mixing mortar, the detection of site mixing mortar test is obviously not suitable for the ready-mixed mortar quality, especially the field detection technology used for judging the overall quality of the structure, which still needs a large number of scientific research.Aiming at this problem, this article research applicable field detection technology of ready-mixed mortar on the basis of the relevant rules and regulations, through the laboratory preparation of specimens and testing.1)Through the comparison and analysis to the test method of mortar strength detection in the 《Ready-mixed mortar》(JG/T230-2007) and the"8"matrix method proposed in this article, the"8"matrix method is more suitable to test the tensile bond strength on site because of simple operation, the more accurate tensile bond strength of ready-mixed mortar, and the small discreteness of data.2) The compressive strengths of ready-mixed mortar curing under the standard conditions and under on site conditions are tested, and the depths of penetration of ready-mixed mortar were also tested. Nonlinear regression between the depths of penetration and the compressive strengths was obtained by using the least square method calculation. And the detecting strength curve and the strength calculation formula of the penetration method is suitable for this region.3) The slice method is the most suitable test method of the bond strength of ready-mixed mortar used as masonry material by comparing the operation and the reliability of the data of bonding process, bolt, slice method. And this test method can be used to test the bond strength of ready-mixed mortar on site.4) The fixture drawing method is a feasible test method that suitable for the bond strength detection of ready-mixed mortar used as plastering material and this test method can be used to test the bond strength of ready-mixed mortar on site. |
