Study On Overhaul Project Management Of Small And Medium PowerStation Based On TPM And It's Application

Hydro electric equipment overhaul is one of the most important works in hydropower station, it not only relates to the reliability and the security of electric producing, but also affects the operating cost of the whole enterprise directly. The reform of power system brings new opportunities for hydropower enterprises; at the same time, it lays the system foundation for the maintenance and overhaul service of the hydropower station. Along with the further reformation of power industry, the service of power station is becoming increasingly professional, market-oriented and intensive. For these reasons, the manager has to reconsider the mode and the technique of overhaul management in Power Station. On the basis of considering the relevant research results of home and abroad, the overhaul management of small and medium hydro power station was researched and analyzed in this thesis. Through researching TPM(total productive maintenance)and project management theories, the characteristics and the key factors to success, the overhaul project management based on TPM of small and medium hydroelectric station was put forward and applied.After summing up TPM and project management theories, analyzing the characteristics and the existent problems of the overhaul in small and medium hydro power station, the solution was presented as the overhaul project management based on TPM of small and medium hydro power station. And designed its framework, pointed out its core idea, summarized the signification and characteristics, and compared it with the traditional overhaul management, discussed the key to make the overhaul project management based on TPM of small and medium hydro power station into practice successfully.The article combined the TPM application with the project management, designed the overhaul project management based on TPM of small and medium hydro power station, and parted it into seven basic parts: TPM spot management, the construct of the learning team, the standard working procedure management, the overhaul quality control, the overhaul schedule management, the safety management, and the found of inner supervision system, expatiated the inner relationship between the seven parts. And, the TPM spot management, the construct of the learning team and the standard working procedure management are the basic of the overhaul project management based on TPM, summarized the practice mode of the TPM in the overhaul, designed the learning team circle mode and the practice process of the standard working procedure management, make the Kanban management in the overhaul schedule management in a creative way, design the inner supervision system fit for the characteristics of the small and medium hydro power station, summed up the evaluation index of the process of the overhaul.Finally, the theory of this thesis and the key technique are used in the equipment overhaul management of a certain hydro power station in Sichuan province. On the basis of putting TPM into effect, it optimizes its current organizational structure, establishes a supervision system which is corresponding. And then, using this theory to build a learning team and arrange a plan of overhaul schedule. The research project of this thesis provides a reference for others.
