Firstly expounds the basic theory of quality management, Introduced the hydropower Project Planning and development situation of Yili tekesi County, and introduced the Kushitayi hydropower station project profile and made brief engineering entity quality. in this paper, based on the theory of project quality management as the foundation, analyzes the quality problems existing in the Kushitayi water power plant construction projects, in the fourth chapter put forward corresponding measures to solve the problems, pointed out the need to strengthen the awareness of total quality management and improve the quality management system, strengthen the prior pre control and planning, Scientific use of quality control method.
