From an international point of view,since the reform and opening up,with the continuous advancement of the Belt and Road,China’s construction companies have increasingly chosen to go abroad,show their strength on a broader stage,and also received a rich return.However,China’s construction companies have also exposed many problems in the process of going global.For example,the number of enterprises going abroad is large,but the total turnover is not high.The number of large-scale projects undertaken is not large,mainly Small and medium-sized projects;the proportion of enterprises going abroad is also different.China’s participation in international competition is mostly small and weak enterprises,while large-scale state-owned enterprises with strong strengths stay in their own one-acre three-point land;Chinese construction companies want to To have great development in the 21 st century,it is necessary to upgrade the international competitiveness of its construction companies.The Second Bureau of Guangdong Hydropower,which I have worked for,is among the top water conservancy construction enterprises in China.It is in the stage of competition between large-scale construction contractors and foreign large-scale construction contractors.The project of Hunan Anjiang Hydropower Project is in the project.Some new attempts have been made in management,mainly in the direction of cost control in general contract management,and some explorations have been made.
