| In recent 20 years, with the swift developing of our country's highway construction, the course of highway has been increasing largely and the technical rank also enhancing unceasingly. How to reduce the rate of traffic accidents has been one of the world difficult problems. Therefore, it is significant to carry out the road surface anti-slippery technology research in practice.This paper based on that:1. Having analyzed the composition structure of the asphalt concrete mixture and performance of pavement specially the anti-slippery performance, influence factors of anti- slippery performance of asphalt pavement are arised. 2. Demands are posed on control target of raw materials from the anti-slippery angle. 3. After analysing the theory of aggregate gradation and the model of crowds aggregate, it has been proved that the crowds dense gradation is the best anti-slippery gradation. Through the comparison of existing design methods of crowds dense gradation, this article selects the gradation of coarse aggregate by means of the level packing design method, determines the gradation of fine aggregate with continuous dense gradation formula and completes the synthesis and adjustment of gradation. Finally, through a series of experiments in rooms, this paper carrys out the contrast research on seven kinds of 13 grading curves, tests the renewed AC-13 gradation which has been arised and proposes the scope of AC-13 anti-slippery gradation of asphalt mixture of Hubei Province.4.By contrasting the different design proposal, it summarizes a improved grind construction scheme of construction. |
