This paper makes a research on shifting performance durability and test-bed for synchronisers of cars and testing equipments, based on the shifting principle of AMT and relative knowledge about test requirement specifications of MT assembly.Firstly, according to AMT assembly of Cars, the paper analysizes construction, principle and stress condition during the process of shifting.Secondly, being based on the analysizes of inertia of the process of shifting, and taking relative inspection standards and testing specification on transmission as reference, the paper puts forward testing method of shifting performance durability for synchronisers of AMT.Thirdly, taking inertia simulation as beginning of the test-bed design, puts forward the basic arrangement scheme, elaborates the basic principle of shifting performance durability for synchronisers of AMT, and analysizes the process of inertia simulation of shifting.Lastly, the paper introduces construction of the test-bed, principle of the key components and rule of design brielfly, generalizes testing process.
