Research On The Design Of Bar Space In Historic Block

At the end of last century when the cities were still proud of their rapid changes someone had already begun to pursue individuality and fashion; sighing about the tension of the huge changing of society someone started to yearn for the historical stories going farer and farer. Fashion and memorizing are more significant in nowadays to play the emotional symphony of contemporary Chinese society.Therefore, one kind of consumption pattern which is singing softly under the historical building's roof has come out. From New Field of Shanghai to Beijing Houhai, from Lijiang to Changsha Dragon's Pool, the marriage between the bars and historica block has rapidly swept across China. Then I start to think about these questions. This marriage is inevitable or accidental? What elements should be considered of the space design brought by marriage? What design methods should be followed? Are there any misunderstandings or misreadings in the marriage? These are all my interested topics, and this article would be divided into five parts to illustrate them.The first chapter introduces the object of the research and the relevant theoretical basis both at home and abroad, and illustrates the research issues,methods and characteristics of the paper.The second chapter begins with the development process of the bars and historic block to introduce the emergence background of the marriage of the bars and history block and lists many current domestic-related cases.The third chapter analyzes the composition and design of the bars in the historic block thoroughly and especially proposes the following five perspectives: Historical Street brings about restriction; Spiritual demand brings about dynamics; Building space brings about support; Space perception brings about communication; Plural culture brings about soul.This article attempts to explore design of the bars in historic block on the principle, tactics and expression, which constitute the main contents of the fourth chapter. First, the article proposes the principles including unity, continuity, adaptability, match, times and innovation respectively from three angles which are appearance, structure and content. Then it corresponds to the three principles proposes the symbiosis of old and new approach, the functional replacement approach and the subject of design methods approach. At last,the article explores bar design's specific expression on appearance, structure and atmosphere from the three levels of space including macro, meso and micro.Based on the interpretation of the phenomenon of marriage especially the analysis of different questions appearing in the course of marriage, the author finally put forward three proposals: The development patterns of marriage should fit the local conditions. Intensity control is needed in the design and management of the bars.Appropriate intervention of the government is needed in the management and supervision of the bars. These elements constitute the fifth chapter of this article. The author expect that the scholars coming from the fields such as sociology, psychology, economics will pay more attention to the questions about the marriage of the bars and historic block because the research by multi-angle and multi-disciplinary is urgent needed.
