Study On The Design Of Urban B&B Under The Background Of Revitalization Of Historic And Cultural Block

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,historical and cultural blocks,as an important part of cities,have become non-renewable scarce resources,but there are widespread problems such as deterioration of material space and loss of history and culture in blocks.Victory street,historical and cultural blocks has hundreds of years of history,after the Ming and qing dynasties block building in harmony with the local customs and habits,cultural characteristics,the production of the economy,huge protection value,as the continuation and inheritance of traditional culture important carrier victory street,reshape historical and cultural blocks victory street vitality is crucial to the development of jingzhou city.At present,the Jingzhou government has moved out all the residents through currency exchange.The buildings in the block have fallen into disrepair,the infrastructure is backward,and a large number of things of the town house have been stolen,which seriously damages the integrity and stability of the house foundation and the building structure,and the protection and renewal of the block is imminent.How to activate and protect the existing buildings in Shengli Street historical and cultural block,and enrich the business form of the block,and inject vitality into the block will be an important topic for our research."Urban catalyst theory" is an urban design theory with strategic guiding value.Based on the premise of not destroying its own characteristic attributes,the target elements are activated and then transformed.These elements interact with each other and expand outward,leading to the linkage development of more elements,resulting in a series of chain reactions.However,most catalyst theories discuss the protection and renewal of historic blocks from the planning level.In this paper,the design of single historical buildings is discussed from the micro level.Through detailed analysis of blocks and restructuring of historical buildings,appropriate activation factors are selected and activated elements are injected to drive the renewal of other surrounding elements with catalyst points.Shengli Street is mostly courtyard buildings with a string as a unit,with deep,long and narrow openings.The introduction of urban B&B as the catalyst point of old buildings has the economic benefits of low input cost and high income value,and the spatial control of residential buildings as B&B transformation is better.In this paper,the catalyst theory is introduced into the practice under the renewal of old buildings in Shengli Street.Through the interpretation of the relevant principles and characteristics of the catalyst theory,and the analysis of domestic and foreign cases,the feasibility of introducing the historical and cultural blocks and the important role of the transformation of old buildings in the blocks to activate the blocks are confirmed.Based on this research,in-depth analysis of the current situation of historical and cultural blocks of old buildings victory street,analyzed the status quo,applies the theories and features of catalytic victory street,old buildings of home stay facility renovation practice,due to the catalytic effect is a chain reaction,the selection of catalyst points should be diversity,therefore block catalytic strategies for the supplement,in order to under the joint action,It causes more catalytic effects.As a new strategy application attempt,the catalyst theory,starting from the micro level of the transformation of old buildings into home stay,provides a reference for the activation of historical and cultural blocks.
