Along with the arrival of the experience economy, traditional commerce can't satisfy the people's requirement already. The entertainment-oriented experiences which appear due to the personal need but represent a kind of social value enter the commerce activities, and combine with other kinds of commerce to create a synergistic effect. Then the experiential commerce emerges with the tide of times.In view of the present conditions and development trends of the domestic shopping center, the article takes the experiential commerce as the research object, and studies the experiential commerce from the aspects of functional localization and architecture space design by on-the-spot investigation, induction and analysis, which combine with advanced theories at home and abroad and the practice experience of the successful shopping centers. The expectation is to awaken the planners and architecture designers to think it over, and to guide the construction, in order to improve commercial environment in the city, lead the customer to consume, stimulate the vitality of the city and promote progress of the society.The article aims at how to satisfy the customer's experience ,and desires to study the relationship between the architecture space environment and customers'mental and behavior in perspective of more deeper aspects including the society,economic,technology,culture and so on , in order to summarize why and how it works on the project location,environment design and architecture space design. This article also emphasizes to view the commercial architecture space further from the functional and socio-cultural aspects, on the one hand to create a humanity space to satisfy the person's physical and psychological needs, on the other hand to express the society culture and architectural arts as the core of that expressing the environment spirit function ,and to express the thoughts and ideas of commercial culture starting with displaying local culture.At last, after integrating the functional location,planning design and architecture space design of the experiential commerce, this article summarizes that the experiential commerce should circle the customer's experience, combining commercial format and environment design ,narrative skills and commercial culture,to create an active place which has a profusion of experience,appropriate scale, revealing regional characteristics and humanistic concern, a nature of ecological and sustainable. Then this article ends with predicting the development prospects of the experiential commerce.
