Synchronizing parallel is an important operation in the power system. At present, many domestic and foreign R & D, manufacturing units are in unremitting efforts to develop the microprocessor-based automatic quasi-synchronizing devices for the same period, and made a series of research results.But the labs for synchronizing parallel were rarely. And because the operation of the process in synchronizing device in the field has been packaged, researchers and students were unable to observe it directly. So the development for a set of economical, practical, realistic icroprocessor-based synchronizing experimental for training is necessary and it is very significance.On the basis of studying the original microprocessor-based synchronizing device,proposed a new design method of microprocessor-based synchronizing device for training and experiment witch based on DSP2812 with double CPU. The paper has researched and designed the hardware and software ways. One of the CPU is centering on 32 bit digital signal processor TMS320F2812, which could deal with the data acquisiting, calculating, logic judging, measuring and controlling, communicating and so on. The other one which could deal with human-computer and communicating is centering on 32 bit digital signal processor TMS320F2812. This device proposed a new algorithm which using Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) and Hanning to quickly and accurately measuring the frequency, amplitude and phase of the voltage both of a generator and the power network wich will be connected by pallel, and also controls the voltage and frequency of the generator using adaptive frequency regulation technology. Modbus used to achieve the modules of command and human-computer interface which were linked by CAN lines for data exchange. Analyzed the main interference sources operation of microprocessor-based synchronizing device for training and experiment, and put forward a comprehensive set of anti-jamming measures. This equipment has the functions of displaying the real-time waveform, setting up the parameters, recording wave and analysing the signals of the voltage and current witch input the device, recording the events of the reclosing operation each time.This equipment structure is simple, modular, and high system integration, small investment. Its reclosing function is perfect and display message is abundant. It has also the character of accurate parallel connection and safe work. And it can automatically detect interior malfunction of the equipment. As a result, it can be conveniently repaired. It has been developed into products and been applied to many colleges with good effect. It has great value to be introduced widely.
