Type Selection Construction Control And Static Load Analysis For The Catwalks Of Long Span Suspended Bridge

The catwalks as the key operation platform during the cable system construction of suspension bridges, play the vital role in suspension bridges's construction process.As the span of suspension bridge increased,the requirement of catwalks design and construction's precision to be greartly improved.This paper take long span suspension bridge catwalks as study object, basis of extensive collection engineering example and correlated references,made three aspects research work in catwalks design and type selection,the influence of catwalks during the construction of suspension bridge and meticulous design process of catwalks .(1) Classification and summary the conventional basic structural form of catwalks basis of sufficient study on engineering example, made qualitative study on advanta ges and disadvantages between continuous type and separation type. Based on lots of tria calculation ,with control aim of cable tower structure stress and engineering economy,educed the section point of adapt span between continuous type and sepration type,with positive reference value for type selection of catwalks.(2)Take sepration type for example , combined with Guizhou Beipanjiang suspension bridge(G320) engineering example. Made study on the influence to control parameter (midspan and sidespan mid-span deflection ,tower displacement ,cable tension of anchorage span) caused by midspan to sidespan unbalance horizontal force during the construction of suspension bridge.(3) Take continuous type for example , combined with Guizhou Balinghe suspension bridge(G320) engineering example. Basis of full consideration about typical force state like erection process and various load case ,educed the precision design process. Point out that the precision design is effective measures to ensure construction geometry and structural safety during the construction of long span suspension bridge catwalks.
