Double in and out ball mill is widely used in the power station as a power set. It has a lot of advantages: low energy consume, high working efficiency, suiting all kinds of coal and conditions. But pulverized system is a complex multivariate object with large inertia, strong coupling and time-varying. According to these characteristics, this paper uses intelligent control method. It separately designs expert controller decoupling, the direct expert controller and fuzzy expert controller. First, this paper identifies the pulverized system; second it designs expert controller decoupling; third according to the field experiences it designs a direct expert controller. Finally, introducing fuzzy control and genetic algorithm. It separately fuzzes the expert controller, and then it based on the direct expert controller designs a fuzzy expert controller. It uses genetic algorithm to optimize its membership function. With the simulation, the optimized pulverized system has good dynamic characteristic and static characteristic.
