Thus it is difficult to apply the traditional control theory and methods to achieve the desired control.Comprehensive analysis of reasons, mainly due to characteristics of the object ball mill complex, all of coupling between the serious and Level of ball coal mill difficult to achieve accurate measurement. For the above-mentioned problems, this article measured Level of ball coal mill based on neural network software measurement technology, to provide real-time control of the material level signal, using a fuzzy - PID compound control strategy to improve ball mill The effect of control, milling system to ensure long-term security of the automatic operation.The full study in the process of milling system, the parameters of the milling system and the economic impact of object characteristics, in order to reduce the impact of coupling parameters of the first targets of a simplified, as will some of coupling to deal with disturbances .
